Bible verse of the day King James Bible Matthew 24 vs 2 Thessalonians 2

Authorized King James Version

2 Thessalonians 2:3-4

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, [except there come a falling away first (a)], [and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; (b)] who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Matthew 24:9-14
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. [And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. (a)] And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; [and then shall the end come. (b)]

2 Thessalonians 2:5
Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

Matthew 24:25
Behold, I have told you before.

2 Thessalonians 2:8
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Matthew 24:27-28
For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

2 Thessalonians 2:9
[even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, (c)]

Matthew 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, [and shall shew great signs and wonders; (c)] insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

2 Thessalonians 2:10
and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Matthew 24:13
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

2 Thessalonians 2:11
[And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: (d)]

Matthew 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, [they shall deceive the very elect. (d)]

2 Thessalonians 2:13-17
But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle. Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

Matthew 24:42-51
Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; the lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, and shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Commentary

Both Matthew 24 and 2 Thessalonians 2 says you have to be rapture ready everyday.
Both Matthew 24 and 2 Thessalonians 2 says that the church will be rapture before Daniels last week.
Matthew 24 and 1 Thessalonians 3 verse 3 says there will be infliction before the time of the end, but this affliction is not the end but the time before the end.
Both Matthew 24 and 2 Thessalonians 2 says there will be a falling away before the church is rapture.
Both Matthew 24 and 2 Thessalonians 2 says that we have been warned before time.

Matthew 24 also says that there will be wars and rumours of wars, famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and we shall be hated of all nations for believing in Christ, many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another, iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
All of that hardship will convince many that it is Daniels last week, but yet it is not but the time before Daniels last week.

The Judgment

Bible verse for today

New American Standard 1977

Matthew 25:31-46

“But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left.

“Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’ Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’

“Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels; for I was hungry, and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink; I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.’ Then they themselves also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not [e]take care of You?’ Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Mattheus 25:31-46

En wanneer die Seun van die mens in sy heerlikheid kom en al die heilige engele saam met Hom, dan sal Hy op sy heerlike troon sit;
en voor Hom sal al die nasies versamel word, en Hy sal hulle van mekaar afskei soos die herder die skape van die bokke afskei;
Want Ek het honger gehad, en julle het My te ete gegee; Ek het dors gehad, en julle het My te drinke gegee; Ek was ‘n vreemdeling, en julle het My herberg gegee;

Matthew 25:14-30

Parable of the Talents

“For it is just like a man about to go on a journey, who called his own slaves and entrusted his possessions to them. To one he gave five talents, to another, two, and to another, one, each according to his own ability; and he went on his journey. Immediately the one who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and gained five more talents. In the same manner the one who had received the two talents gained two more. But he who received the one talent went away, and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.

“Now after a long time the master of those slaves came and settled accounts with them. The one who had received the five talents came up and brought five more talents, saying, ‘Master, you entrusted five talents to me. See, I have gained five more talents.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’

“Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have gained two more talents.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’

“And the one also who had received the one talent came up and said, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow and gathering where you scattered no seed. And I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.’

“But his master answered and said to him, ‘You wicked, lazy slave, you knew that I reap where I did not sow and gather where I scattered no seed. Then you ought to have put my money in the bank, and on my arrival I would have received my money back with interest. Therefore take away the talent from him, and give it to the one who has the ten talents.’

“For to everyone who has, more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away. Throw out the worthless slave into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Mattheus 25:14-30

Toe sê sy eienaar vir hom: ‘Mooi so! Jy is ‘n goeie en getroue slaaf. Oor min was jy getrou, oor baie sal ek jou aanstel. Kom in en deel in my vreugde!’
“Toe kom die een met die twee goue muntstukke en sê: ‘Meneer, twee goue muntstukke het u aan my toevertrou. Hier is dit met twee ander wat ek wins gemaak het.’ Sy eienaar sê toe vir hom: ‘Mooi so! Jy is ‘n goeie en getroue slaaf. Oor min was jy getrou, oor baie sal ek jou aanstel. Kom in en deel in my vreugde!’

Translation number 1: cross reference: Matthew 13:12

In the last days the gap between those who are wealthy and those whom are poor will grow.

Translation number 2: cross reference: 1 Corinthians 12:4-14, 1 Corinthians 14:1-5

All whom gives themselves to the Father and accept the gospel of our Savior in their heart, receives spiritual gifts, some receive only one while others may receive more. Those whom develop there gifts will receive more, those whom ignore their gifts will lose what ever gift they have received.

The lord gives all of his followers tasks to complete, some of us will receive a single small seemingly insignificant task to complete, while others may receive multiple large tasks to complete. If you deny your Father over and over again, will he not also deny you?

Parable of Ten Virgins

Bible verse for today

New American Standard 1977

Matthew 25:1-13
“Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent.
For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them,
but the prudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps.
Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’
Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps.
The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’
But the prudent answered, ‘No, there will not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.’
And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut.
Later the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open up for us.’
But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’ 13 Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour.

Matteus 25:1-13

The rapture, end times and Armageddon in the words of our Savior

My interpretation of the meaning behind the words spoken by our Savior concerning The rapture, end times and Armageddon (Plz take note: the seven seal are removed to reveal the endtimes they are not part of the end, because the scroll of the end is still being opened)

Jesus came out from the temple and was going away when His disciples came up to point out the temple buildings to Him.
And He said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”
As He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

Multiple false prophets the first sign of The rapture, end times and Armageddon

And Jesus answered and said to them, “See to it that no one misleads you.
“For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. (a)

Commentary:
Many has died over the years do to cults whom claimed they where holy

Political games second sign of The rapture, end times and Armageddon

“You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end.

Commentary:
There has always been wars and rumors of wars, but this is only the second time since the founding of Israel that a possible world war may brake out between nations whom has weapons of mass destruction.

Wide spread war, crop failures and increasing seismic activity third sign of The rapture, end times and Armageddon

“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.
“But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.

Commentary:
This description is similar to the little ice age, when climate change lead to wide spread famines, civil unrest and war. Turkey as a example lost 33.3% of its population to war and famine during this time period. Science also confirmed that seismic activity peaked during this period, as such the little ice age can be cross referenced for deeper understanding. The state of Israel did not exist during this time frame, and this is not yet the time of the end only birth pains. {the little ice age was a precursor not the actual event}

Rise of the Anti-Christ and his prophets forth sign of The rapture, end times and Armageddon

“Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name. <—–Rapture in 4—–>
“At that time many will fall away and will betray one another and hate one another. <—–Rapture in 3—–>
“Many false prophets will arise and will mislead many. (b) <—–Rapture in 2 —–>
“Because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold. <—–Rapture in 1—–>
“But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved. <—–Gone—–>
“This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.<—–Due to Repenting Saints whom missed the Rapture—–>

Commentary:
This describes a event similar to of the Roman Catholic persecution of Christians and as such can be cross referenced for deeper understanding. The false prophets will use media, music, entertainment, miracles and false terrorist attacks to convince the populist that the true church of God is evil and should be destroyed. The state of Israel did not exist during this time frame.
{the Roman Catholic persecution of Christians was a precursor not the actual event}

The End times Begins Fifth sign of Armageddon

“Therefore when you see the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),
then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.
“Whoever is on the housetop must not go down to get the things out that are in his house.
“Whoever is in the field must not turn back to get his cloak.
“But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!
“But pray that your flight will not be in the winter, or on a Sabbath.
“For then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will.
“Unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.

Commentary:
The Jewish people are massacred. The precursor event you can cross reference for deeper understanding is; the holocaust during world war two, which lead to the creation of the state of Israel, which will later lead to the rebuilding of the Jewish temple and the fulfillment of prophecy. You can also reference Daniel 9:25.5-26 for deeper understanding.
{the holocaust was a precursor not the actual event}

Warning against the man of Sin

“Then if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, here is the Christ,’ or ‘There He is,’ do not believe him. (a)
“For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect. (b)
“Behold, I have told you in advance. (a)
“So if they say to you, ‘Behold, He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out, or, ‘Behold, He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe them.

Battle of Armageddon

“For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be. “Wherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.”

Commentary:
Cross reference Revelation 16:15-16 for deeper understanding, Revelation 19:18, Ezekiel 39:17, Ezekiel 39:18 and Ezekiel 39:20.

God’s wrath

“But immediately after the tribulation of those days THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

Commentary:
Cross reference Revelation 16:1-14 for deeper understanding, Revelation 19:18, Revelation 6:12-15, Revelation 11:18, Isaiah 13:10, Ezekiel 32:7, Isaiah 50:3, Isaiah 34:4, Joel 2:10, Joel 2:31 and Joel 3:15

Rebuilding of Israel and the millennium kingdom

“And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory.
“And He will send forth His angels with A GREAT TRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Commentary:

Parable of the Fig Tree

“Now learn the parable from the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near;
so, you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door. “Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.
“Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.

“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. 37“For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah. 38“For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,
and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be. “Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left.
“Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left.

Expect the return of our savior daily

“Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.
“But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.
“For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.

“Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time?
“Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes.
“Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions.
“But if that evil slave says in his heart, ‘My master is not coming for a long time,’
and begins to beat his fellow slaves and eat and drink with drunkards;
the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour which he does not know,
and will cut him in pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Commentary:
“Some whom will go to sleep before the time, whom has prepared for his coming and knew God and our holy savior in their heart of hearts, they will get to meet that which is holy before those whom makes it to the day of salvation.”

Concluding Commentary:

How to pray according to the will of God and not your own

As a true watchmen you believe and have fully excepted that all of you belongs to God including your life, which our savior can collect at any time.

As a true watchmen you believe that our savior sacrificed himself so that you may live.

As a true watchmen you believe that the Holy Ghost lives inside of you.

As a true watchmen you know that nothing belongs to you; but all belongs to God the father and you are willing to let all go if it is deemed to be taken, even that which you treasure most.

As a true watchmen you have forgiven all whom has sinned against you.

If all of the above is not true, you are not a watchmen for the Lord. Then how can the Lord speak though you?

Surrender all of you to God the father in Jesus name, you mind, heart and soul.
Allow the words of the Holy Spirit to flow like water though you; like a river.
Do not interfere, do not think, do not try to understand,
remember you have surrendered all,
and its not you praying but the Holy Spirit praying on your behave, if there is something
you need to understand, God the Father, will reveal it in His own time, not yours, as it is His will, not yours.
