Why is the book of Enoch not included in the Protestant bible?
\nThe original book of Enoch is a Holy Spirit inspired book the key word here is the original.
\n1) The book of Enoch was written before the great flood. The great flood according to Jewish scholars was 2100 BCE, but according to geological evidence there was a worldwide flood when an ice dam broke in America 6000BCE. Either way that means the book of Enoch was written between 4100 and 8000 years ago. The priestly order that insured that nothing was added or removed from holy text was only founded in 1200BCE or 3200years ago, which may cause doubt that the current versions of the book of Enoch are still the original book.
\n2) During the earlier days of the Church most converts came from Pagan religious, where more than one god was worship. Many of the new converts stated to worship angels instead of God or worshiped God though angels, both of these practises are forbidden in the Bible. Because of this many books was removed from the bible, and the book of Enoch was one of them.
\n3) Although the story of man\u2019s evil ways started when Lucifer deceived Eve in the Garden of Eden, the greatest evil in the world, in the time of Enoch, was caused by 200 fallen watchmen. That ended with the great flood when, as you can read in 2 Peter 2:4, the fallen ones was locked up until the time of Judgement. The greatest evil in the world today is cause by Lucifer, the one whom has started all the evil ways, and the bible deals with his fall and removal from this world. Thus the book of Enoch and the Protestant bible deals with two completely different time periods.<\/p>\n
In other words the bible we have today is the 4th chapter in a very long story, first it was the teaching of Adam and Eve whom knew God personally to their children of which nothing exist today, second was the original books of Enoch which clearly has been altered and over 300 books are missing today, third it was the book of moses and the following prophets, their books was copied and preserved by a priestly order, and finally the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the apostles. Each of these chapters contains a part of the journey of mankind on their way to royal members of heaven.
\nThe first 2 chapters are completed thus, the Protestant bible, which contains chapter 3 and 4 has everything you need to know in order to be saved and become a royal member of heaven.<\/p>\n
